Director

Peter Reay has over 30 years’ experience leading high-quality, complex developments, combining strategic oversight with strong design and technical expertise. He has delivered major mixed-use urban developments as well as properties and estates for UHNW clients in London, South East England and overseas. He founded Reay Projects to provide private clients with clear, independent advice and leadership for their development and construction projects. Peter is both an MRICS Chartered Surveyor and an RIBA Chartered Architect.
